I wonder how my candy crush game cannot connect to internet yet I have mobile data

Thanks for your message! If your game is saying “no internet connection” even though your mobile data is on, it could be due to a few different things. Let’s try a few steps that often help:
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if one works betterRestart your deviceClose and reopen the game Make sure the game is updated to the latest version in your app store Check that your mobile data settings allow background app use
