I was at 17000+ level but now at 351. I had to uninstall and re-install the app and post which i got into this sad situation. Can you please help me to get back to the 17000+ level? I always logged in via my facebook account.

Did you try and replay level # 351 and see if the game lets you move back to your level? Can you please show me a screenshot of your game map?
