I have to win all the 3 finals to be at the Big final live?
You and the other players in your leaderboard group aren't the only ones competing. There are many other groups playing at the same time.
All players entering the competition are divided into groups. The group winners are promoted to the next round, where they are again divided into groups, and so on.
I estimate that there are about one million players still left in the competition at the moment. After this round, there will be about 50,000 players remaining, the winners of each group. After the next round, there will be about 1,000 people left, the winners of each group, the best of the best. In the third round of the Final Knockouts, they will be divided into ten groups of 100 players each. The winners of those ten groups will go to the Live Finals.
Yes, it does make sense: There are multiple leaderboards. At the moment there are thousands of leaderboards and all the winners will play in the next round in which there will be hundreds of leaderboards. Each winner then goes on to play in the 3rd final knockout round. That last round will have exactly 10 leaderboards. And each leaderboard will produce one winner to attend the live finals.
There are about a million players crushing away in final knockout round 1 at this moment. How else do you think King can reduce a field of millions to just 10 finalists?
