If this is true, then how about a refund for the boosters I purchased and didn't receive, This doesn't explain how you intend to remedy the situation

    My envelope will not load, connected to Facebook. Cannot send or receive lives. Also, my friends have disappeared from high score listings, only shows me. Is this part of glitch you're working on?

    Dear @ChickLady Welcome to the community. There’s some technical issue happening right now with Facebook and hopefully it will fix soon :)

    Did you try the suggestions provided in this link  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/246195/did-something-go-wrong-with-your-purchase   to receive your purchased items OR the refund back? 

    If you did, what happened?  We are unable to help you until we can receive as many details as possible with regards to the issue :(

    Since I agreed to the new policy and privacy update I cannot connect to Facebook. Is this part of your technical issue?

    Hello @agaede, Welcome to the King Community!

    I am guessing the issue has just started today, and it is happening on your PC?  If so, it is because there is some issue with the Facebook itself, but not the games.  If you have Game Room on your PC, try playing on it.  Some of the King games are working for me.  

    ** And even better idea is to play the games on King website itself  https://king.com/games.  You might have to log-in / sign-up if you do not have a King account as of now!  Once, the Facebook issue is solved, we can sync our game progress.  I already have a King account, hence my game is synced in.  

    If you are playing on Mobile, you should not have any issues either as I am able to connect to all the I games I play both on iPad and on Android Phone.   If you ARE having issue, I would suggest you to disconnect from Facebook and log-in through Kingdom account.  I am sure you will not have any issue to play this way!!
