How am I able to finish competing in All Stars if I'm at the end of the board?

I noticed new levels appeared today but it's not enough new levels to compete in All stars without replaying old levels. If I'm forced to replay old levels will this effect my score? It seems as if old levels don't give you the correct amount of stars.

Old levels won't have the 30x multiplier.
If you've played all of the newly released levels, you can play the star tournament at the end of the map.
It will give you the 30x multiplier.
