It's pathetic! The 1st knockout round is over, and I couldn't play because the All Stars event suddenly disappeared at 3 p.m. on April 10th! I was qualified! And support is doing NOTHING!!!

Hello @lola89 I am sorry but there is nothing you can do now. You are not alone, there were a lot of other players for whom the event disappeared. A million players were in the 1st final knockout round! So to be honest, you probably did not miss that much of a chance. Anyone who interfered with their clock on their device or travelled to another country might have been kicked out of the competition, also anyone who King thought had a "suspicious" amount of gold or boosters, or there might have been a glitch or error of some sort. Whatever the reason I am sorry but now that knockout round 2 is about to start, for anyone who did not play in final knockout round 1 the tournament is over and there is nothing you can do.

I qualified! Look at my screenshots! I hadn't changed anything up to this point, neither the app nor any updates, but I still didn't participate, or rather, my games weren't counted toward the All Stars. Restarts, etc., were unsuccessful!

From what you mentioned, it sounds like you were expecting to take part in Final Knockout Round 1, which began on April 10 at 3 PM and ended on April 14 at 9 AM.
To qualify for that round, players needed to:
If you were outside of those placements, you wouldn’t have seen the Final Knockouts event appear in your game, which could explain why it disappeared at the start time.
