Hi @christinewupp Thank you very much for your long reply. I will make sure next year to come here as early as possible if I see anything wrong happening. It is very unfortunate that the criteria required to enter the game are not known. It would be cool if @Kevin_ gave us some more info. Like do we need to be under 1000 gold or under a certain number of bonuses, etc. I hope they will learn and that their attempt to make things fair will be somewhat more transparent. Thank you again.
Just to clarify in a little more detail what Nobody1 wrote, since you are asking about this quite persistently.
The best people to help answer your question is us players who were caught up in a similar situation. Any King official will always give you cut-and-paste answers like Kevin, whether they are real people or not. This community is a helpful place because us players are real people who play the game and sharing our experiences does help.
In fact a number of us posted here very early on before the competition had even started, when we noticed that the warm-up event wasn't showing in our games. We were in a very similar position as yourself. I had spent the entire year preparing an account to save up enough gold bars to buy boosters for All Stars. As there were a few of us asking about the same issue the community manager intervened to pass our account details on to the team at King, and that way at least two of us did get the event and I am pleased to say that one of us even went on to win the final round, the other came third. Unfortunately others were not reinstated and we do not know what criteria King used to assess if a "suspicious" account was given the all clear or not. Personally I think this was an effort to make the event "fair" gone badly wrong, because many of the players excluded on the basis of having a "suspicious" amount of gold or boosters were definitely not cheaters. There is no way of knowing if this will happen again next year or how we can avoid falling foul of such injustice. But I do recommend coming here to this community and joining the threads early as that way you will see if others are having exactly the same issue.
Fantasio1, this year King disqualified a number of players simply because they had too many boosters and gold bars in their inventory. If you had a lot in your inventory, odds are you were one of the unlucky ones. I had over 25,000 gold bars and so I was left out this year.
Hi @Kevin_ I am from Canada and was able to participate last year spring 2024 and got pretty far doing it. However, I did not have as many resources as I did this year. So I took 24-25 to prepare, gather bonuses and gold. I was very surprised that the option to play in All-stars this year was never available in my profile. So I'm looking for someone to have a look at my profile to see what went wrong or what I did wrong to make sure I don'T miss it next year. :). Thank you

Please note that not all players will have access to every event. We always try to include as many players as possible, but sometimes, events are limited.
Also the Candy Crush All Stars event is only available in select countries:United Kingdom / United States / Brazil / Canada / Germany / France / Italy / Netherlands / Spain / Sweden / Switzerland / Norway / Denmark / Austria / Ireland / Finland / Poland / Romania / Czechia / Greece / Portugal / Chile / Argentina.
Also the Candy Crush All Stars event is only available in select countries:

hi I’m trying to get help from someone that works for King to obtain the answer as to why I never had the opportunity to enter the All stars competition this year. I was ready with plenty of bonuses and gold, but it was never an option. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times and logout and log back in and nothing worked. Hope you can help.
Thanks for confirming. One never knows any more these days. Too many bots are about or real people using cut and paste answers.
