Thanks for the update! 10 days on the same level definitely sounds tough, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know how it’s been. Some levels can be a real challenge with tight moves and tricky blockers. Your feedback helps us keep an eye on difficulty!

That's a tough one.
Yes, I haven't been able to pass the same level for 10 days. The number of moves is insufficient, blocks cannot be collected, daily gifts are insufficient.

What’s the goal of the level (e.g. collect orders, clear blockers)? Are you running into any glitches, or is it just feeling too difficult with the moves given?

I used an old Facebook account to create one for my Candy crush Saga game. Is there a way to change it and use my Gmail instead?
Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
Am I seeing this right. The Season Pass was updated yesterday and now only works with new levels.
