I had 200 lives banked and now I have 4? This happens EVERY time I log on. FIX THIS PLEASE! I have already quit spending money because of this problem, and I like to play the game…

If so, next time when you open the game, can you please take a screenshot of the "Accept Terms" pop-up as well as the Envelope? So that, it will be possible for me to report the issue to our Community In-charge team?

Are you playing on mobile app or on computer? You should not loose your GB when you exit the game. I remember thos happened to me when deleted the app to install in a new phone. All of my rewards reset to zero. I felt cheated at that point. I had to start from zero. Perhaps the moderators can make sure that the property of the player which include the level, GBs, boosters and lifes are not lost in these scenario

Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck…
