Why couldn't I use my 300 gold piece ?
I am glad to hear that it worked after reinstalling.
Regarding the lives, please note that whilst it is possible to store lives on your mobile device for offline usage, we cannot guarantee that they can be kept indefinitely. Lives can get lost through an update of the game , through the restart of your device or in this case reinstalling, which clears a certain amount of memory and as they are saved locally causes the loss.
One more thing , why don't I have lives from friends ?
