Episode race problem/ Unallocated Rewards

Hello, I’ve encountered an issue in the épisode races. For several weeks, I’ve been winning all my races, and now I’m on a streak of 100 victories. The problem is that for the past 3 days, the rewards I’ve been receiving are 30 gold bars, whereas normally I should be earning 40 gold bars. The King team hasn’t been able to provide me with a clear answer, and I’m losing my gold bars just to maintain my streak. If the Candy Crush community could help me understand what’s happening and, above all, resolve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, LuckyFire

Hi @KiwiBird97 , thank for replying. I play normally, when I need to stop to do anything else i stop and catch up later. I Think King company wants me to loose my gold bars portfolio, I won’t let that happening 😆.

Hello @christinewupp , thank you for your reply, you are a True legend 😃. You exactly said what i was thinking. Since i started playing, I Never bought anything with real money. I wait to gain gold bars by doing races and chocolate box challenges. I am not going to repeat what you said, but you said exactly my point.
King company will never have my money, never !! 😀

Now i decided to loose a race, just to see if it will change something. I will tell you what’s up.

King award different awards to different groups of players for the same event. We have noted for years in the community that there are different versions of how much gold is awarded in the episode race. Some players get more than others. King also sometimes change players from one of their test groups to a different test group. I would guess that what has happened to you is not an error but part of King's method to control your game and give you a "bespoke" experience. With other words, King have calculated that in order to persuade you to spend some (or more) money on playing the game your episode race should only provide you with 30 gold bars. They never tell us why they change the rewards or why they change our games nor why we all get different rewards for the same event. King hold records of how much we spend and of our gold balance. Probably they have reduce your episode race rewards exactly for the reason that you state: So that your gold balance runs down and you will run out of gold. King want us all to start spending real money on the game.
