I just won the Candy Royale and my split was 300 bars. I did not get them. How do I fix this?

Hello @TaviJay If you did not get your gold bars added to your account this may be because you were not connected to King's server at the time you pressed the claim button. I think the best course of action is to contact King directly and given that you have a screenshot of your prize Player Support ought to be able to help with this. Use settings in your game (the small pink cogwheel) then the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us " at the bottom or use this link:
There are different versions of elite Candy Royale folks, so you are both correct.

The Top Tier of the Elite Candy Royale is 1500 Gold Bars. The correct answer is 1500 / 5 = 300.
Mine was 1500 / 13 = 115.38 ≈ rounded up to 116.
Hi. You see the gold bars won is 300. Below it mentions winning with 4 others , which means 4 winners plus 1 (you) totally 5 winners. 300/5=60. Your share 60 gold bars.
