Please post in english, so we can better help you. If I understand correctly, you want ads? Have you ever had ads in your game or have you never had them? If you've never had them, you need to wait and might just get them at some point. If you've had them at some point but not now: Have you purchased anything in-game like lives, moves, gold bars or boosters using real money or a giftcard before your ads were gone? If yes: your ads are gone. No one knows for how long. Sometimes forever, other people here got them back after half a year of not spending anything. If no: just wait. Some people got their ads back by waiting. In any case: there is nothing you can actively do to get them back.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
This game is not even fun anymore. I have been stuck on level 18545 for weeks. I refuse to use any boosters as you cannot get any booster through ads. What a waste!
