I login through my email and now I forgot my password so I clicked forgot password, but I didn't receive a password retrieving mail

Have you checked if the email address to which the password should be sent is correct? Please also check your spam folder. Sometimes emails end up there!
In case the reset password link doesn’t work, if you have entered your email incorrectly on your account or because of any other reason are not able to reset your password.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
