see pic… on left-hand side on the bottom, you see the dragon is at the bottom & that was the last one needed. Why wasn’t it counted? Lost the win streak that I was on :(
This happened for the second time, first time I lost my over 160 game streak this time I lost my over 60 game streak. Also lost my multi color bomb twice as well as over 80 tokens trying to continue game after I wasted all my moves not realizing it was a glitch, I paid for those extra tokens. Totally unfair

Yes, you're completely right and one of many players who encounter that problem. Interestingly the dragon is always in the down left corner when this happens.

This sounds like a very different issue. You probably have a connection issue. Try to close the app, check your internet and then reopen the app. If you can't use your gold bars then it's because the game is not connecting with the server.
Perhaps I also have this issue, I have played some levels, but sometimes I can't pass it or pay GB to continue. So I would like to suggest that, the bug should be fixed, as early as possible.
Thank you, that screenshot is a lot more useful! In fact this has been reported by others and is a glitch in the game. You were meant to fail the level but that is not the visible outcome, so you have reason to be angry, especially since you have obviously had so many attempts at this level. I would suggest you contact player support to complain and post this screenshot. The image is dark, but the dragon is clearly visible above the exit, so there is good proof that you should have passed the level. Contact support via the app: Go to Settings (the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen) and then into the Help Centre. Then scroll through the options until you see "contact us" right at the bottom. You will get an automated answer first of all but should then get a follow up by a real King customer support agent. Send them your screenshot and they should hopefully help you pass that level and/or give you some compensation.

Just out of curiosity: have you ever purchased anything in-game using real money or a giftcard? I've only seen this kind of glitch happening to paying players.

There's definitely something going on, as the level I play for Season Pass has been doing this for the past two weeks. This has never happened before on that level. I usually can tell when it's about to happen because the dragon seems to be falling slower than normal. Must be a new bug.
what happened to the music event? I completed my last but one tape and did not get it. I had only one more tape to go. This is very frustrating and might be my last time playing candy crush
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
why did the music event disappear to early? I only had 1 tape left to get the reward and you removed the event several hours too early than what the countdown had said previously! Sucks when I’ve spent so much time and boosters to complete it
Like many others I was one tape away from completing the event and now it has vanished early. I wasted so much time, gold and boosters on this event to have it unfairly disappear with 20 hours left. Please fix this ASAP. There should still be some time left.
