Im on level 13501, and im trying to move to a new device but when i log in there i am on level 4311, i tried this with another device and its still on level 4311. Is it possible my progress is not synced?

I am sorry to hear that you're seeing a lower level on your new device.
If you still have access to your old device, please check if the user ID is the same on both the old and new device, you can find your user ID by following the steps in this guide:

If the IDs do not match, it means that you are on two different accounts which explains the difference in progress, double check if you are using the same credentials you have used on your old device.
If you do not have access to your old device or if the user IDs do match but the progress is still incorrect, please reach out to our Player Support team as they have the tools to help you recover your level, here's a guide on how to do so:

Yes i used the same king account.
I tried what you said but the level stays the same.
The device where im on level 13501 is iPhone X, and the other one is on iPhone 15 Plus

Did you make sure that you have logged into the game using same account? Did you try logging out of the device where your game is at the lower level and logged back in? If not, please try that as well!
If nothing works, please let us know the devices you are using and screenshots from both devices.
