what to do?

I wonder if this a deliberate part of the level design @Rigbyisloved2 .
It happened to me too on my first attempt just now, but not on my second attempt. This is the starting board on my first attempt:
In order to pass this level you need to break the single piece of rainbow twist in the middle of the top row. This was not possible for me on this board, as the available moves are very limited. The "oops" was not possible for me to prevent using any moves that were available. It may be faulty board, or it may be deliberate to stop players' win streak. On my second attempt there was an opportunity to create a wrapped candy and break the piece of rainbow twist with my first move:
So now the candies can drop down to fill the empty spaces and I won't get the reshuffling and the level will play normally. If you feel you want to contact King for a refund of the boosters you played and to complain about this level you could use Player Support:
Start the level without any starting boosters! It will work that way.
can I get a return on the boosters?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
