My game ONLY freezes after I get the 2 free lives + 30m wrapped and striped candy + 30m fish. 1. I lose my last life 2. I get the "2 free lives + 30m wrapped and striped candy + 30m fish" if I win the level 3. I win the level 4. My game freezes 5. I have to force close the game 6. My 2 lives are lost Please notice the time the screenshots were taken. Fix this bug and don't give me copy and paste nonsense replies please. That's insulting.

Hi, thanks for the information. In this case I requested for a video so that our team can investigate the issue at hand, I understand about the screenshots and timestamps but with a freezing issue it helps better visualize and follow up exactly when it starts or the moment it happens as well as other factors to try to narrow down what is occurring. It looks this is not the correct ticket number, this consists of 8 digit numbers. I tried searching for the ticket with the User ID from your profile but had no success, have you perhaps used a different account or email address to open the ticket?
Oh boy, this cummunity supports a boatload of formats but not .mp4. That's an interesting choice. Well, I've contacted the support and the contact form doesn't include an option to upload a video so I replied to the mail. My ticket number: LXJXPG-6K7VY
Why do you need a video of nothing happening? That's like customer support asking for a picture of a parcel I haven't received. It's not there. I can't show it to you. Everything the team needs to know can be seen in the screenshots. I win the game and instead of going back to the screen where we're asked if we want to replay or continue the game freezes. There is nothing to be seen that's not already seen in the screenshots. You can see the minutes passing in the top left corner. That's why I included the time. I can't show a video of nothing because it would be a video of the exact screen shown in the screenshots and there would be, again, nothing happening.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
