If you play directly from Facebook, please note that issues such as these can occur when playing in a private browser, or due to browser settings and even anti-virus software clearing temporary files such as boosters and lives which are saved locally and not on your account therefore generating this loss. In this case and in order to avoid this issue I would recommend you to download the Candy Crush Saga Windows app version of the game, as using this platform will help in avoiding this constant loss.
