Levels missing on new device

I have being playing candy crush with my registered email and king.com and my game has been saved. I got a new phone and logging in with email and im missing thousands of levels. On old phone it has saved it but not in the new phone! Please help I have tried everything and nothing!

To get this fixed you will have to contact Player Support. To do this go into settings in your game, which is the small pink cogwheel on the map screen. From settings access the Help Centre, which is either under "my account" and then the ? icon or under "Account/help" in settings. In the Help Centre scroll through the options until you see "contact us" right at the bottom.

Same thing happened to me. I had to restart to level 1 . I was on. Level 7000.
