This level is very broken. Twice now I encountered the game giving me a suggestion to move a piece that couldn't be done and there were no other moves to make and I had to leave the level.

I have yet to encounter a situation where the game suggests a move that is impossible to execute, to be honest, even though I play levels with ice often enough. Sometimes the right candy to move is not easy to spot, but I've always managed to find one that is not blocked by the ice and can be moved. Perhaps you could post a screenshot if this situation happens again so I can take a look, and maybe I will be able tell you which piece you need to move.

It's a little confusing to reply on these threads. I cant find where I commented that You were right and I think I was wrong! They are tricky!! But I think I see the light at the end of the ice tunnel 😅 I don't like the ice but I think I understand it now. Thank you so much for your help. I never would passed it without your post. ♡♡
Thank you ♡ I understand the concept and have played ice levels but Unfortunately the pieces that needed moving was under ice :( This also happened in previous levels once or twice but I had other moves I could make to overcome the problem. I worked and worked on trying to make the game suggestion work, because it was the only move! If you can try going back to those levels and go through them a few times and I bet you will better understand the glitch that I keep encountering - it might take going through the level a few times to find a scenario where it is your only move and the game suggests an impossible move but im confident it will happen. Im going to work on trying to get around it today but I wasted all of my lives yesterday 😄 and I think Im pretty good at this game and others like it - or at least that's what I tell myself 🤣🤣
I assure you this level isn't broken. It's just the way crystal candies (aka ice) work.
In the screenshot below, you can move the purple candy to the right, or the orange candy to the left to make the same match. Both ways work, and it doesn't matter which way you do it.
However, on levels that have ice, it works differently. In the screenshot below, you cannot move the purple candy because it is covered in ice and you cannot select it. But you CAN move the orange candy that is not covered in ice to the left to make the same match.
Look at the move the game suggests to you. Can you move a different candy that is not under the ice into the ice to make that match?

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
