Not getting gold bars when I win the race

hope you are well.
I’m really getting frustrated with this game as it’s too buggy. First I wasn’t getting any boosters for the challenges eg party hat hand switch if I won the level or paid by gold bars. The only thing I got was extra time (infinity). NOW I won the race and didn’t get the bars I’ve just earnt. ( 35 ). Enough ! I want to continue enjoying the challenges but without headaches. Please reimburse them and please don’t pass me onto the next person as this has happen before and I got no where!

There is no claim option
I have marked through arrows.
I have also turned phone off and on, gone out of game and back in where is the event option?
Closing the game means closing the Candy Crush Saga game app and returning to the normal screen of your phone.
However since you have logged out and logged in, have you checked the event option to see if there is an episode race claim option?

Was that an episode race?
If it's an episode race, sometimes in case of a temporary error after winning the episode race, Gold bars doesn't get added to the game, but after restarting the game, everything is normal.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
