"Taking screenshots are not allowed in your app or organization"
I got this error when trying to take a screenshot. I want this to get level milestone badges. Can anyone help me out here? I'm appreciated by any of your tips. Thank you in advance.

I have seen some players posting the screenshot that way as well and it is definitely acceptable! But, since there is no rush to collect the badges, I did not suggest that to @Techz_3712
What i meant is you can ask a friend or a family member phone to a pic of your map showing level and post it under milestone badge thread see if they accept it. If not you need to wait until they solve your issue.
I don't think I can't because I only have my phone and my PC. I can't play in PC because it's education edition, that means I can't download games.
@PummyRaj @Techz_3712 hello umm this is not my place to say anything, i wanted to ask one thing here if both of you don't mind. You know curious mind wouldn't let me sleep. Techz wants milestone badge, but unable to take screenshot due to some technical things, what i want to ask is if techz take a photo of the mobile with the map showing the level, and posting it under milestone badge thread, will they accept it. Sorry in advance if I asked or said anything is wrong.

Hello @PummyRaj Thanks for your help! That's exactly what I did as the video says. Methods tried, three-finger swipe, pressing volume down and lock button, and manual press on screenshot, and still it doesn't work. I have two errors, when trying to screenshot:
Taking screenshots are not allowed in your app or organization
When trying to record:
Capture error in your screen's interface due to app limitations.
These errors are only from CCS, and I've never got this errors before in apps.

CCS also has limitations?? Why would the game do this? I want to get my badges so bad.

Thanks for replying with the necessary details. Seeing as your device or the game app aren't allowing you to take a screenshot, can you please instead try to record your screen showing the level you're currently on? A couple of seconds should do, and you can check how to do so here:

My device I'm using is Vivo Y17, and I used my device's SS system. In Vivo it's called S-Capture.
My phone is kinda old; I bought this 6 years ago.
