If you come across any specific links, pages or videos (especially from TikTok, Facebook or YouTube) where people are claiming that Candy Crush offers real cash rewards, please feel free to share them with us here 🙏 It really helps us investigate where this is coming from so we can look into it with the team and hopefully stop this confusion at the source.
We’ll also pass the suggestion along about adding something in-game to make it clearer to new players, no promises but definitely worth exploring.

@PummyRaj I only saw new players post asking if they get paid by playing this game. When asked who said that or how they heard most of the answers were from tik tok. Now it's fb. Oh no. Now we are going to get even more post asking if this game pay.
Pummyraj may I ask something. why don't we have a pop up when new players download game, saying this game does not pay. I'm not a tech savvy or tech expert. Somebody should do something about this.

How do I know if my account is linked to King account? I started playing linking it to FB but I am having FB issues and they might close my account. Will I lose my progress thru FB? Is my progress being saved in my King account? How can I find out if it is?
