Welcome to the Candy Crush Saga Community
Celebrate All Stars with us! Have a question or need help? Ask the community!
What do we have to do to have our replies posted?
What kind of word to we need to avoid?
It's getting really annoying and it's frustrating to write something helpful only to have it vanish into oblivion.
If King doesn't want us to reply to new members, please say so.
@QueenB can you please do something about this?
Does all your replies goes for approval or just 1 or 2 ?
Hi @Jumpery π€
When did this happen? Do you remember which post you were trying to answer? Did it happen in multiple posts?
I was here last night (around 2 am EST) and couple of my posts went to approval! I am thinking there could be a glitch with the Vanilla system itself!
Spammers keep getting creative day by day, and hence, the CMs have to add more words to their βfilterβ system! Please make sure that there were no prohibited words and no typos (I had a typo once which came out badly and went into approval)! Sometimes, closing the Community webpage and reopening also helps (I did that many times)!
Please be assured that we will not be stopped to help the newbies! They are the ones that need our help the mostπ
Another one of my posts went for approval today as well. I won't carry on posting until this error gets fixed. It is very disheartening to make a response and then find it's not been posted. The last post that had gone for approval is now showing, after 24 hours. That is not good enough.
@Jumpery I don't think this is related to certain words. I've been around long enough to know that none of the three posts of mine that went for approval in the past two days included any dodgey words. It was just the general kind and hopefully helpful tips I have been posting for years with no problem.

Depends what you mean by dodgy words @christinewupp
It is not just rude/swear words that are on the list there are seemingly normal words on the list as well.
Last year the words R+yale and q u e u e were on the 'filter' list.
The biggest issue we have is that we are never informed of which words are on the list.
Fair enough, but it makes no difference in practice: If there are harmless words on the list now which send my posts for approval which I can't know about then the result is the same. The only word I can think of that I wrote in all the posts is "King" , so perhaps they want to now check out every single post that references their company before it being published. Whichever reason and whichever words, it is equally off putting.

That is true @christinewupp it is really frustrating when you have written a long answer to someone and then the post disappears for no obvious reason
Equally it is frustrating that our posts disappear for the use of innocuous words, but other posts have to be edited by a PM due to them being abusive/offensive. Plainly that means the filter list isn't fit for purpose.
How did you manage to find and link that thread @Alienscar ? I always thought that threads started by any deleted user automatically disappeared. Is there a trick you know?
No trick @christinewupp and you are right in that content from 'deleted users' are normally removed.
This case is different because the user is Pyro and they just wanted a name change. That is, the user wasn't banned from the site for abusive behaviour or asked to deleted.
