How to restore game levels

I deleted my candy crush by mistake. But when I reintalled it went back to level 1. I was at level 1500 and there was many purchases as well. I emailed customer service two weeks before but no answer. When ever I asked for update automatic message came we are experiencing higher volumes of emails.

if some one can help in this. I was playing on iPhone and also connected to kingdom with email and nickname

Hi I’ve inadvertently deleted my candy crush saga (level 1,340 approx). I reinstalled the game but it’s gone straight to the first level. All help will be really appreciated.
