I lost my over-1K-win streak because of my game crash! Is it my fault?
King developers, compensate it for me. 5 gold bars are NOT enough! You should give me 500 GOLD BARS to compensate!!

I’m having the same problem. My game crashes when I use any exploding rewards and now when I finish a game. I lose all my gold bars I’ve earned along the trail , and the treat bags I’ve earned. I’m frustrated and have tried all the suggestions in help. iPhone 13 updated to current version.
I did lose my SCB because of game crash now, but at some point, you're right because in some levels win streak might be bothersome and having no SCB isn't that bothersome to progress, so I get consolation by you.

Christine wow how beautiful you've put your case forward. I learn more from you. You've always said not to pay more than 10 gold to pass a level. And when the gold bars increased to 12 in addition to extra moves and an ufo you said not to pay, if not king may make it permanent. The reason I've come this far in this game is you, because of all your tips.
Nobody1 have an advantage of watching ads for longer period of time (i think after that starbucks ads nobody stopped watching ads). You know how he/she mentioned using nearly 80 free switch and 80 lolipop to win an episode level without using gold bars that too being at the end of map or nearing end of the map.
Ps- though watching ads for longer period of time is an effort/task(i personally would not do that even if I have an option to watch ads for hours) so it's all about choices and i respect their choices.
I always think when players post their screenshot of winning streak i internally calculate how much did the lose in order to have a good win streak. ( When i weigh what a good win streak brings to the table it's nothing absolutely zero. There is only loss . What if the first extra 5 moves of paying 10 gold isn't enough to win a level, do they pay extra 16 ? I don't know. Or do they buy party popper and ufo by using saved gold bars and win levels continuously to have a good win streak. @Jumpery your thoughts on this please. )
Regarding super colour bomb it has its advantages but only little. Today i played an episode race and when I'm four levels away from finishing an episode race super colour bomb appeared. I finished my episode race. Won super colour bomb, but i did not go for an another episode race. I know if i start I may lose super colour bomb half way through, so i don't bother if it expires.
You are describing exactly what King want players to believe. The game is set around players thinking that if they lose their win streak it's a great loss. I can assure you that this is an illusion crafted by the game. The super charger was introduced to the game for the purpose of making money for King, not for the benefit of players, because it gives the illusion that if you let go of it levels will suddenly get harder to pass.
I am one of those players who often lets go of their win streaks. In fact some levels are so hard that you will not pass them on your first attempt no matter what win streak and what starting boosters you have and in the upper reaches of the game some of these will require more than 10 gold bars to pay to pass. This means that players who do play to keep their win streak at all cost are using a method that costs more gold bars than players who use a different method, which is to replay those blocker levels until the game offers us 35+ extra moves for the price of 10 gold bars. There are not many of such blocker levels. There are probably none up to level 3000 and near the end of the game in the 17,000+ range you may get several per episode.
We are all players here like yourself, so none of us speak for King or can help, just talk about our own experiences with the game. If our games crash they never give players compensation. You are lucky this did not happen near the end of Candy Royale, that is really grim when it happens at that point as you lose he event and all the gold you would have earned from it.
I was leading but have played the level almost 100 times,impossible to pass and now I'm 3rd this is highly boring,someone needs to look at this and maybe fix..suggestion is that might be give more moves or reduce the coins needed to get lives and extra moves..not happy 😡🤬
I love this thread @_Saras_ : Here is my evidence that losing your win streak and super charger being disastrous to our games is an illusion. We are made to think that losing it would be such a disaster, but it is not.
I got my top win streak back in straight levels, easily with nothing but playing starting boosters, which were timed: the game had given me timed colour bombs from the daily treat machine and timed wrap/stripe from the fishing boat. Anyone playing to keep their win streaks at all costs won't know about this offer: It happens when we have lost our last life, press "replay" and a boat shows up fishing two extra hearts and timed boosters for us. I passed the legendary level with those boosters after another two attempts, using lives from friends.
The following legendary level, so the one after King made me lose my super charger with the oops, was ridiculously easy with a lucky board:
The above is after one move, which was the one recommended by the game. I got chances to make special candies with every move from here on, here are some more screenshots to show how easy this "legendary" level was:
It was just one opportunity after another.
This is how the game algorithms work. I have found this so many times that after losing my win streak I get it straight back.
It happens to all of us if we get an oops level. I just got one, and it's one of my favourites as well. It's got the frog! Oh, no!
This is why: We only have one opening move and all those lovely colour bombs from the win streak made that one move impossible. This level will oops if we have three colour bombs, so good-bye super charger!
This is deliberate, of course. Beware as you approach this one folks.
In fact I think I had 4 colour bombs as I have this "wild" win streak candy chain:
Three might have been alright, but my special candy chain broke the win streak for me and made it go oops. This is probably the penalty we have to suffer for being given this particularly good win streak chain. I get two colour bombs for win streak one as well.
zeus77, I'm sorry if what I said was confusing. No, I think everything you said was correct. I actually agree with christinewupp that my style of play, trying to keep win streaks, is not really a wise choice. I was agreeing with you that having long win streaks is just a silly "flex". There's really no net benefit other than silly bragging rights. There are some advantages to keeping the win streak, as _Saras says, but those are often more than offset by the extra gold/boosters required to keep the streak alive. And by the way, no, there are no extra bonuses for really long (>100) win streaks.
zeus77, it sounds to me like you're following the right approach. I hope you make it to the end of the map someday; you deserve to make it! I look forward to seeing your achievements in the future!
@Nobody1 did I say anything wrong?. I see win streak as flex it's my perspective. You see im playing 8600 levels those are torture. I don't know what word to use to describe those levels in later half of 8000. If i hang on to win streak I may lose a lot of gold. So i rather play several times have enough moves and pay 10 gold bars(even if I have win streak I know that won't help me in those levels.i want to cry buckets just thinking about those levels). I'm still in that latter level of 8000 nearing 9000. I just want to get done with those levels. Hopefully I may have some better levels beginning with 9000 levels. One can only hope 😀.
Ofcourse one can decide whether they want the win streak or not. Yes obviously there are advantages of having a good win streak. (I don't know what boosters are there in a win streak after 100 or so since mine was 120 something).
Ps- i have huge respect to those who play the levels at the end of the map and after 18000 levels. I feel you.
I'm happy for you being at the end of map and you've achieved a good win streak(that's no means feat). Touchwood i want you to achieve even more win streak.
This is really the main thing that is impressive about someone like Jumpery with win streaks of 4000+ levels. It takes very careful play and planning to not only avoid making an actual mistake, but also avoid all situations where a bug from King might occur that would potentially kill your win streak.
For instance, I got lucky and discovered the existence of the Starbucks ad bug that kills your game and win streak by hitting it first in Sweet Cinema. So I knew I needed to never watch ads for extra moves, since it could kill my win streak. It's costly in terms of the number of boosters needed, but the only safe way to preserve my win streak.
Also the advantages you mention are helpful, but they really don't compensate for the amount of boosters needed to keep the win streak alive. I know the win streak doesn't really help and maybe even hurts a bit on gold bars / boosters, but I just like the "flex" as zeus77 says, so I go for the streaks anyway. I just exceeded 400 wins in a row at the end of the map (and still counting) - my longest win streak so far since reaching the end of the map.
But as we all know, boosters from win streak are very important, since they allow us to complete even nearly impossible levels and episodes easily, so I couldn't help but hanging on to it. Also, lucky egg event may occur, and those eggs are from gaining a win streak. Also, many other events give gold bars, but you can earn them if you get in the 1st place(Episode Race), or use boosters or complete new levels or obtain some golden crowns(Chocolate Box).
That's why earning golden crowns became imperative, and failing a new level became a fatal injury.
I'm sorry you lost your win streak. King won't compensate. Honestly having a good win streak is a FLEX, but you won't gain anything from it. Some players hang on to it, some dont.
