How do I get my rewards back, please?
i am still not getting anywhere i still dont have the reward i earned i spent lot of money to play candy and i have been playing it for many years now i am disapointed that i cant get what i earned.

Yes, I am playing Candy Crush Saga. I am talking about the "Candy Royale" rewards. I am using a mobile.
I have already provided all the details I have numerous times and keep getting asked the same questions repeatedly 😥. Last week I played Candy Crush Saga and spent good amount of money. I passed around 40 levels at once, however I didn't receive my "Candy Royale" rewards. Each time I complete 8 levels it pushes me out I start again and same thing happened i must of been pushed out 4 times and I think I lost over 200 gold bars. Unfortunately i don't have pictures or screenshots. Please look into this and see what can be done. Thank you
morning, no i do not mean boosters i have been playing candy for many years i am on Level 9881 and i am disapointed that noone is doing anything about it
If you mean your boosters, it's important to note that they are tied to a device and do not carry over to other devices!

hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
Since a couple of days ago, i had 94 (or 93) golden bars. All of the sudden, i realized just yesterday that i have left only 4 though i never used any of the 94 for any reason. Neither for extra moves or for any kind of purchase. Please check my account/profile and restore the amount of bars i should have. Thank you
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
