I spent more than 2000 gold bars and reached level 10, but suddenly the event disappeared and I didn't get any of the event boosters. I tried to communicate with Help Center but all I got was repeated AI responses telling me to come here

You need not wonder. I've had issues(still have) with my daily treat machine since March 9th, contacted several times via app, NEVER have they given me a ticket number. It's all the automated response mail we get with link to this community. 😭.
Hmm that above mentioned 48 hours and 72 hours to get response from an agent are just no longer there in this support via mail. 😔It's sad but truth.

When you received the first initial email (the automated one), you should have received a ticket/reference number (in the Subject line)!
Can you please provide that number for me? So that, I can pass it onto our Community In-charge team to look into the issue and assist you🍫🍬🍫

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive rewards from the Rewards Lounge feature! Did you make sure to spend all those Gold bars before the timer runs out?
The automatic response you have received is the initial reply that everybody receives after sending a complaint and those are the general instructions, which you can ignore! It will take about 72 hours for a real agent to reach out to you! If they are busy, it could take even longer!
If you did not hear back after 48 hours from your initial complaint, please send a reminder email (by replying to that automated email) and inform the Support team that you are still waiting for their assistance.
If you did hear back from anybody even on Thursday, please reply back to this post and let me know!
