I won an episode race but didn't get the gold bars.

Question

I should have gotten 30 or 35 (can't remember which).  My available gold bars started at 4 and stayed at 4.  How do I get them?  I bought ten gold bars to win the race.  If CCS is going to cheat me, I won't play it any more.

It appears they are going to do nothing.  This is good, actually.  I've been paying King $20 to $30 each month to get through all the difficult levels.  I'll put that money toward something more useful.

* Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
* Look for "Episode Race" and click on it;
* Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm!  Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can.  A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.
