Yes, there have been over a thousand complaints about this over the years in this community. Check out the thread "video ads not available.." at the support forum (the ? in the green circle at the top of this page) to read them all and to read the repetitive answers from King.
Anyone who spends money on any purchase in the game will lose their ads and/or never see any ads. I hope this is not what happened to you. Otherwise you may well see them back if you used to get ads, but when no one knows.
I am not getting any ads. Anybody else having this problem?

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
