I'm sometimes bounced out of Candy Royale after successfully completing a level. Has anyone else had this problem? I've emailed the help centre and was directed here.
Unfortunately if events glitch out then there isn't much you can do :(
Hi @Alex_The_Witch whilst you say Player Support can help please note that sharpblade has already 'reached' out to you and been told to come to this community.
@sharpblade please note that generally the first response you receive from the Help Centre is an automatic response that requests that you visit this forum. The advice given is that you have to wait 48 hours to see if you get a real response from Support and if you don't then you have to email again. When you email again make sure you reply using the first email that you received and make sure that you 'reply above this line' as instructed in the email you received.
