While playing the game, all the gold bars in have saved are all gone for no reason. I keep them for use later and nowthey are all disappeared.
Positive as I was holding on 17 gold bars. Using for those legendary round for 10 bars. I hope no one got this issue when they have like thousand of them. Thanks, will try to lodge a ticket.
I am playing using phone, so it would be using game centre. Never tried other way.

I am very sorry to hear that your gold bars disappeared when you were playing!
Do you remember how many gold bars there were? By any chance, did you click on any of the offers (for Gold bars, lives or boosters) to purchase?
If you are in doubt are sure that you did not spend any gold bars, I would suggest you to send a complaint to King Player Support team and request for their assistance.

It sounds like your gold bars saved to an account. Are you able to try logging in with an email?
