Hello YaaNeett you save your game by creating a game account.
To create a game account open your game and tap on the button that reads Save your progress/Retrieve your progress. Choose the 'Sign up with email' option. Next enter your email address, choose a password, and then save.
To maintain your level on a different device download the game app and then sign in with your email and password that you created to save your game. This time though choose the Log in with email option.
Be sure to save your progress to a King account with your email address!

If you have not saved the game, unfortunately, it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you. 😞
What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom Account now, play a level, and make your way to us through HERE and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problem with my game" and then "Game didn't save". 😉
