Finally quitting the game

I have been playing this game for years and I’m kinda feel in addicted to this game but now I feel it started to feel like gambling, they are making the level harder by making them less moves and it is getting worse and worse for the last few months I feel now they are just trying to take money and it started not to be fun I’m so disappointed I hope you change your strategy someday because this game for some people is like therapy but you started to take advantage of it.

Come now @QueenB, bit hard to buy into when they ejected a good chunk of staff for AI because they were not making enough money.

The game is slowing dying like all games like this do. Microsoft could have limited the bleeding by not going down this road and like the game slowly wind down. Also the game is becoming visually dull. Playing around with an older version early 2022 it was far more visually appealing and the sounds/music were also better. Not just nostalgia, objectively there was more colours and things to visually stimulate you.

I am rather confused why Microsoft thinks a 20,00 level game that is becoming more and more generic, repetitive and dull in all aspects with increase revenue.

Of course making all the level similar is great for contests as you can control the speed at which people gather the required item but it makes the game hilariously monotonous.

Basically Candy Crush has lost the hook it once had to get users.

So ya this is some feedback, feedback from someone who has been "gaming" for over 40 years and seen corporations do the same thing over and over and fail 99/100. Yes, this is valuable feedback, no, they will not listen, they never do.

like just bring back the classic game, it had more colours, more point, not repetetive amd boring, seeing just 4 or 5 types of background of the game doesn’t make it feel good like it did back before, and saying this i’m actually leaving the game too, cuz finally i found a way to play the original one, wish someday our voices are heard and changes are made!

Same! I’m just frustrated and playing less and less. They keep changing the game by taking away boosters, giving less moves and adding ridiculous graphics. Who’s the genius that thought players need to know each level is “ hard”, “super hard”, “nightmare”, “legendary”?!? Who The F*** cares? I miss just playing and getting lost in a normal, fun game.

I am at the point that I to, am thinking about quitting. I love the game, but without shelling out hard cash for gold bars, it's difficult to advance in the game.And I am at the 2000 level in the game. And as far as getting help, forget it. It's like pulling teeth. Guess I'll be playing more Mahjong…
