Add a section where users can provide feedback in their own words

Bring back features people actually like such as Elite Candy Royale and Top That

Reduce the price of boosters down to an affordable and manageable amount. 30 gold bars for 3 free moves is outrageous

Add back UFOs and party piñata or whatever it is to the store bundles to make it worth the money

Bring back useful bundles for purchase at the end of episodes which actually contain enough gold bars and boosters to keep playing. 3.99 for 25 gold bars is useless. 25 gold bars don't even buy you a single booster package in game.

Stop taking away things people are used to seeing in their game!!!!

This is in-game. Across all devices on Android and ios. As soon as you open the map, the survey prompt pops up. However, I don't believe King is ever going to listen to us. This game has become impossible for so many reasons, the primary being - it is way too expensive! I had 177 gold bars when I opened the game and started playing Candy Royale. I passed 4 levels out of 12 so far and I am already down to 96 gold bars! Almost 100 gold bars to pass 4 levels. This is insane. This is a rip off and unfair. I don't understand how King gets away with this. And yes, some may say, so quit the level and lose Candy Royale but I won't. First, because King ows me A TON of money for the past 12 years of taking mine and second, I love Candy Royale. It's the only reason I play and I don't want to lose a tier. But all this is besides the point. This game has become impossible to afford to play!

That's possible! If Christine is not here then I can provide support properly and try to clarify things. But since he exists, I'm not going to ever participate because I can't handle the "competitive" discussions. I don't care the people's ranks, but what matters is how you respond. Or else we'll start a literal war with him.

Forget your survey. Another example of the rip off Candy Crush AI games or did some sadistic person actually think it was funny. Level 19066. Game gives you 21 moves. With boosters, it still took 59 extra moves (at the cost of 10 Gold bricks to pass). Or you could just try by throwing away lives for weeks and then give up and pay. IMPOSSIBLE GAMES are UNFAIR. Complain to the King group and warn people about the scam they are running

You are not mistaken @LEVICITA King sometimes move levels and they did a lot of that last week, they are normally still in the same Episode. So if you want to check on YouTube just try all the different level numbers in the Episode you are in until you find the one you are looking 👀 for.

I've got to say @Techz_3712 King may listen, but that's are far as it goes, they don't actually do anything about what we are saying. Many of us have left feedback loudly and clearly for years but nothing changes for the better, in fact it just gets worse. So it's good that many have stayed in the Community to still voice their opinions. Sadly we have seen so many good Community members leave both the Community and game because of what the game has become, and because King don't act on feedback. I still hold out some hope for the game, but it is dwindling fast 😳

You ask why am I still here? The answer is this: I am addicted to being here. Not to playing the game, far from it. The game is rubbish in my view. But it does change, and as long as it changes I can analyse it and have something to offer here, to others. I have made friends here and every now and then I still get some good some nice feedback from complete strangers which is also a pick-me-up. I have the time. I find this community relaxing. I grant you that I do get annoyed at the AIs trying to infiltrate the community, but I like the interactions with real people. I enjoy being appreciated, that's a very human trait. So that is why I am still here. Does that answer your question?

They've transformed the game for the worse. They've reduced movement, changed levels so the tutorials can't be seen, and bombarded them with offers to buy.
In conclusion, King is only interested in players with Visas; the rest don't give a damn.
I think there are no real people behind the game anymore, just robots.
They're kicking us out, but they don't notice one detail.
Those who pay can also get tired, especially with the Sparky bug, which doesn't count as a last move, and the level is considered unpassed. Young people are ignoring this game; their preferences are different. If we addicts leave, you have hardly any generational change, and then goodbye game and goodbye dollars. You'd deserve it. Not knowing how to maintain a game that was popular has turned your changes into something boring, frustrating, and hateful.

But I wouldn’t say the only option is to “get out.” Some of us still stay because we remember how good the game once was, and we hold on to that hope that it can be fun again.

Addiction of any kind is a serious matter. And yes, habits are hard to break.

However what is it you are addicted to? It can't actually be the game of Candy Crush you loved years ago because that game no longer exists. It is NOT the same game it was then. Everything about Candy Crush has changed, as you have stated yourself: the visuals, the sounds are now depleted. The gameplay has also changed. The fact that there are legendary levels that can't be beaten, that was introduced two years ago. The fact that all levels are monotonously dull, that came last year. All the events have changed and everyone's favourite event from five or ten years ago have been removed. Every level has been changed, long fun cascades no longer exist. Strategy used to be to level based, now is based on budgeting gold bars. I cannot think of anything in Candy Crush that is still the same, except the logo and candy theme. How does any of Candy Crush still resemble the game you once were addicted to?

My advice always has been and always will be: If you don't enjoy playing this game the way that it is now is GET OUT! If you spend any money on the game ask yourself if you get enjoyment out of it. If you get no enjoyment then it is not value for money. If the game makes you frustrated or angry then GET OUT! It is only a game. King run the game for the sole purpose of making a profit. They will not change

Exactly — it’s not about giving up and moving on. Many of us still care about CCS because it used to bring joy, strategy, and fairness. But it's sometimes very annoying to warn people over and over again, which is sad.

Idk, but my understanding here is much different.

I totally understand where you're coming from — staying stuck for weeks can definitely feel frustrating, and for some, quitting might seem like the best option. But for many players, there's more to the game than just beating levels quickly.

Some enjoy the challenge, others play to relax or escape, and some just love the community and events that come with it. Even when it gets tough, there's still a sense of accomplishment in pushing through. It’s kind of like how people stick with hobbies even when they hit rough patches.

Everyone plays differently, and that’s what makes the game community so interesting. 😊
