This is because before the game would not end immediately if you destroy chocolate before it has the chance to spread enough to open the order locks. Same if you destroy the mixers because they have the chance to spawn enough blockers that will open out the order locks.
If a player open the level and then it becomes Oops immediately without doing anything just because activated too many boosters, it's not the fault of players, so I agree it should be turned into Lucky Level.
If there has a warning at the beginning, and the players still cannot fulfil the orders due to breaking the chocolate or magic mixer too fast. I think this is the fault of players, they should not be awarded by passing the level directly 😲
Luckily, the indirect oops levels such as level 12471, level 12439 etc. are not changed to Lucky Level so far, the level will become dead end if the players have destroyed something too fast.😆
Fair enough if that's how King want to fix the oops levels, but if they give us the clover leaf pass for failing a level due to using a super charger combo or carelessness, such as what @HM100 is suggesting below, then please can they reinstate all the interesting and fun levels that King removed from the game in the last two years!?!? What was the point of making the game bland and boring in order to accommodate people who can't figure out how to solve a puzzle level if they then now just let everyone pass anyway. Well they could have done that two years ago.
My goodness @HM100 this is getting really ridiculous. Which level is this? So those of us who want to solve a puzzle can do so, and those who can't be bothered to think or use their brains are just given the level anyway? I guess level 8061 is next. If you can't figure out what the frog is for the game will just sprout a few clover leaves and let you pass?
Your case is not similar to mine. If a player makes insufficient orders to collect due to breaking the chocolate or magic mixer too fast, it is the fault of players 😂
Noticed that today too on a Level today. If the order amount is higher than you can accumulate on that level, you will win.

This change is reasonable 👍because I can choose oops or not on my first move in this level, but some levels such as the level Christine has mentioned above the players don't have any options due to activate too many boosters on board and this is not the fault of players 😆
Or better still a hand switch to bring two together and then hit that combo! Absolutely, in this day of using boosters for everything that should be an option. So many opening boards the game literally expects us to use a hand or lollipop to bring two colour bombs side by side before making our first move, so it should be possible on this one.
I don't understand why you can't use the lolipop hammer to hit the color bomb, they should take the boosters into consideration before giving the oops!

I was kicked out a couple of times too when I had to switch to another app mid-level. I thought it was due to the low storage on my phone, but it turns out that my phone may not be the cause. Never had this problem before.

Congrats on winning your next big milestone. I fear levels will generally go downhill from here, but until 18,000 there are still a few interesting ones as far I as I can remember.
Guess what… I came here to post and had forgotten to let the level run its cause after I got the pass screen:
After I go into the community the game always shuts down and I hadn't waited for the skip button! So when I got back in I still was on the same level! Now I've got to replay it and Candy Royale is hounding me again!
Interestingly it always shows up when I've just lost my last life… but that's another story. I'll finish the episode now and do something else for the rest of the day.
I generally consider such boards lucky because the prevalence of one color makes it easier to make specials. However, this level is not a dumb 'make specials, make combos' one, so uneven color generation doesn't guarantee a win by itself.
Here we are, I've finally got a lucky board. It may have been because I played the correct first moves which very quickly uncaged the fish boppers. That's probably part of the original algorithm. I finally got a chance to break the main chain early here:
and in fact it lead to all sorts of cascades and it became easy to pass now:
Easy? I mean easy! I deliberately checked from this point what would happen if I did nothing other than follow the suggested moves. It's quite sad, but the game just refused to let me fail from this point. I really could not have failed. This is what I got to following the hints.
I've had this line-up on my starting board at one point when I played with no boosters. Do you think I had a lucky board here and should have passed? Normally you get a selection of colours to start with. I guess I made the wrong moves somehow.
I agree that King know about this level. They could and should definitely disable starting and win streak boosters.
I'm struggling to make intelligent moves as it's hard to deliberately break the rainbow chain at its weakest link, but it's still a good study of the end level mechanisms written into the game. This one requires us to play one paintbrush to pass:
So this is a good example for the "play the right booster at the right time" strategy. I don't bother on this occasion as I want to try to pass this with only starting boosters, so I fail again here.

Been there, done that, found a screenshot. A starting board with blockers arranged in a checkerboard pattern is a recipe for trouble, and they know it.
I take all the 😡🤬 back, I love this level. It's so intelligent, great to keep replaying and enjoy over and over. What a waste this would have been had I passed on my first attempt. It's a "use your brain level"!
Ah well, never mind. I don't really care…
At least they are officially back to being "oops" levels. I like the name.
