To win this level, you need to deal with the frog. The task of collecting three frogs means you need to move the frog three times.
Match the frog with candies of the same color until it is fat and glows. Once it glows, click on the frog and then click on another spot on the board to move it. Color bombs that drop from dispensers can also be used to make the frog glow (match them with candies of the same color as the frog).
Move the frog as described above three times and you will win the level.
Check out this tutorial to learn how to use and move the frog. There will be more frogs in the upcoming levels, so it's useful to know how to handle it.
