Can't log in with App from Microsoft Store.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I will have to try doing that, but if you say they ignore it there might be no point, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't care, why offer this app on their store if the thing don't work, between King and Microsoft I think they are just money grabbers, don't care about their customers.

I did complain on the Microsoft app when this problem happened previously. You can only have one comment. So I kept updating the comment on the problem but they just ignored it. It gave me an impression that no one is reading those comments. Maybe they knew I have never spent any money on this game. 😃

Hi thanks for your message, I contacted them through the Microsoft app, then we spoke through emails.
In fact I have just deleted another email from King with the same things to do, update, windows, update the app, uninstall reinstall not being funny but they must think I am some sort of idiot.
I tried all these before contacting them.
I am seriously thinking of not playing anymore I have spent a lot of money on this app and really enjoyed it, but King I think don't care as long as the app is making money.
All this would never have happened if they just kept the large screen on Facebook, not sure why they did that.
Anyway sorry to rant this is at King not you 😀 thanks again for replying.

I am sorry to disappoint you… I am a player just like you and not a King employee! But, being a Moderator in the forum, I have access to speak to the Kingsters directly and report the issue on behalf of the players.

I checked your profile and I did not see any other questions in this Community about this particular issue🤔 When you mentioned "spoke to King" - did you mean you sent a complaint to King from your game App?

Sorry I replied to you instead of King, sorry you are having same problems as me and didn't know this has happened before.
If only they didn't change the size of Candy crush when playing on Facebook on the PC there would be no need for the app, I hate that small screen, was much better when you could play full screen.
I know a lot of people left for this reason, I found a work around but now can't log in :-(

Unfortunately, I believe there is no one here who can help you.

The same problem happens time and again over the years. I have complained numerous times in the past until the problem was fixed. Now that the same thing happened again. I give up.

It's a shame that this Microsoft app doesn't work as well as the Android and iOS versions, especially considering that Microsoft is the ultimate owner of this game.

You are right about the glitch being on King's end! They are aware about the issue and are working on a fix!

Do you have a King account by any chance (that was already synced with your Facebook account)? Because, that is a good option to play the App version on PC!

Just wondering! Why do you prefer the App version than Facebook? Although, I am logged in with King account, I do not find any difference between the App and Facebook! Hence, asking🤔
