Not sweet

I have about 3 different versions of Candy Crush…both Saga and Soda and each one is different there is no ways they are synchronized. Its very frustrating and am still hating the Royale game. Cant play the baking game( Soda) on Facebook and the (Candy)Troll rescue is not on Facebook??? So trying to play on my mobile or the online Microsoft version or Chrome becomes a hit and miss. Cant you update Facebook as it so easy to buy through them …. never buy on my mobile, ever. Please give us the choice to play the little add on games…. Pins keep on restarting and Im losing out on my episode race…..

I love these games but am finding its getting very frustrating to keep going

Yes they do but I haven't had any issues with the Microsoft store app. I noticed people here have move issues with the changes on the mobile app. I was once told by support that there's a team for the windows app and another for the mobile and Facebook. I just feel facebook doesn't get the money they want from the game so they are just trying to keep the mobile players.

I think they care more about mobile players than Facebook. I assume more people play on their phones so they just don't care.

Yes…..I have updated and on my phone too. I cant understand why Facebook is not updated as thats where the game began

@susansteyn I play on Microsoft app on windows 10 and have had no issues with it. Have you gone to the Microsoft store to update? On windows it will not tell you to update so make sure you check the store weekly if it's something you don't normally do. I started on Facebook but noticed that it has a lot of issues with playing. So I stopped years playing on Facebook. I did contact support a few times about Facebook but they act like it's an issue with Facebook. Did you contact support about Facebook? I play 3 king games on Facebook with no issue just this one game.

The App store
Something is definitely wrong with trying to get extra moves from the app store. I'm sure it's not my phone, because it always happens right after I get pass one or two levels. Instead of giving me an extra move(or boosters), it just spins forever and says it's "contacting app stores ". Please, fix the problem!
