The game will not load on Android phone
Stuck on King page. I've cleared cache, restarted phone and updated the app.
Hey Cookiemae, I appreciate your concern and I am definitely aware. In this case specifically and according the issue Kdubs was facing it was recommendable to reinstall, which helped us identify it just worked temporarily.

@Kevin_ I don't know if you are aware of this but anytime it's suggested to uninstalled it removes all boosters. I think this should be the last option for any issues. That's just me. Js
I am sorry to hear that is happening again. That is in fact weird. Can you also please check that you have the latest version installed for your device's software please.
Do you play on more than one device? If so does it happens on all or just one in particular?
Could you please try reinstalling once more and if this works, please Contact Support directly so that we can best further guide you and help with your boosters.
Spoke too soon. It does not work again. Worked once. The app version is 1.308.1.1. Android phone OnePlus Nord N30 5G
I uninstalled and installed. That worked. But I now have zero boosters! All my boosters are gone! That's not good

I am sorry to hear that your game will not load. Could you please try reinstalling the game app?
If the issue persists could you please let me know your device's make and model and confirmed your game app version? You can find this by accessing your device's settings> apps > select Candy Crush and scroll below to find the details.
