When I send help to my friends, a pop-up asks if I would like other friends from Facebook. However, when I click on “Accept”, nothing happens. However does this get fixed?

I need a clarification please! Are you playing Candy Crush Saga or Candy Crush Friends Saga?
If you are having this issue in Candy Crush Saga, can you please post a screenshot of the pop-up(s) and the screen you see the "Accept" button?
I also need to know which device you are using and the version of the App you have right now.
