I never have a Golden Crown in my game

Hi @MountainMom @bearwithme @PummyRaj @kiara_wael my game is played more than 400 levels and still don't have golden crown.

My weekly contest didn't have a plus two extra points for a golden crown.

To be honest, I'm Tee and the reason I create this community account is I using different email from my main game account to play CCS. So, I need to create another community account to link my current community and game account for quick help.

For my problem, is it possible my game falls into an AB testing group? I hope you all can help me pass my problem to our community manager if possible.

So king knows everything about our play. The all Stars was a perfect example. The program searched out any game with a limit of gold the program had set then banned those accounts among millions of players. They know all.

Such merging of accounts has happened to some people including myself, but this does not mean it will automatically happen to every player. But it can happen, so it's a risk you take if you play two accounts on one device. King have definitely advised against it.

The game places cookies into our games and onto our devices. King are like Big Brother: they know who we are. A little unrelated but I will mention it here @cookiemae : When recently I was awarded a gold prize for a competition in this community the gold was added to my Poppy account by mistake. I don't understand how this could have happened since I never linked that account with this community and never posted here the player ID of that account. When I received prizes before (such as in the "Help a newbie" campaign) I only ever passed on the player ID of my Cornflower account. Yet, somehow, King know that the Poppy account is mine. I find that worrying, quite frankly. Big Brother is out there.

II think I know why it's not merged. I start the game of my new account on my mom's phone and she have stopped to play her account for a while without even open the game.

I agree your mum's game shows that golden crowns are introduced early enough in the game. I thought so. Your accounts are not completely merged. However I once played two accounts on one device and eventually they merged and both accounts were suddenly identical in every way. I do know that King do not recommend we play two accounts on the same device. Since this happened to me I never use the same device for two games.

I guess if you need to find out exactly why you don't see the crowns in your new account it would be best to contact Player Support via the app.

I I'm not sure why it's don't have episode race currently. I go to check and passed 2 levels it didn't come out. Maybe because she stopped to play for too long? I remember she have episode race before but not sure why it's gone now. 🤷‍♂️

BBut, my old account do have golden crown. If merging is happening now, I should also have the golden crown on my new account.

Do you see my mom's screenshot? She have golden crown on level 300 plus. My new account's level is 400 plus so I think impossible it gets introduced later on.

The speed button does not show up in the game until level 500, which is also where Candy Royale usually gets introduced. It may feel unusual for you because new features are introduced much more slowly now. Do you get the episode race? I do not see a flag on your screenshot.

It sounds like you use your handphone for both your old and your new account now? It is likely that by playing two accounts on one device that there is some merging of accounts happening. That might explain why you do not see golden crowns. Or it might be a feature that only gets introduced later, like the speed button. I am not sure at which point new features get introduced.

BBesides that, my old account which I play using my handphone, have the raise the speed on gameplay setting while my new account which don't have golden crown don't have this setting also. It make me feel like I playing an old version or outdated of CCS.

HHi @christinewupp I start to play this new account on August 2 using my mom's handphone. Later on I changed to my handphone. Both of that handphone played CCS before. And you can see that I posted my old account's weekly contest and map in my first comment. I play my old account using my handphone. For my mom's handphone, she also plays her own account before. Her account do have golden crown.

AAnd I recently never uninstall and reinstall my game app because I know this will delete my boosters.

It might help to know which device you are playing on.

Did you uninstall and reinstall the app, or did you use a device on which you never played before? Those to me are the ways to make the game genuinely assign us a completely new player account. Or perhaps golden crowns are being removed from the game for all new starters?
