the fish don't destroy the jelly on the top line and stay below so no way to finish the level !! any one else had the same bug?
this did not used to happen the way it is happening now. It makes the game frustrating and if it continues I may end my many years of playing candy crush. Oh well, I guess that’s the way the cookie crumbles. Lol.
I think this is the way the fishes are programmed to behave @kathub . They will not attack either crystal candy or toffee, so if there are no other blockers on our boards they will go for our special candies, the striped and the wrapped ones, and set them off. I hate it too, but I don't think it is a programming error but deliberate, so I doubt it will get resolved.
I have been having the problem of fish attacking my other boosters if I have any or just hitting random candy. It happens more in some games than others making it difficult to win but I’m managing to complete level. This is just a big annoyance and makes me want to stop playing the game. Please let me know when this has been resolved. thank you!

You can't fix it. Only King can:
