When you mentioned "Emails sent not answered satisfactorily" - did you mean the email reply you have received from King Player Support team?
If so, you must be talking about the initial email that contains various links and troubleshooting steps! That email is a norm that everybody receives after sending the complaint. Please ignore that and wait for 72 hours (max) for an agent to reach out. If it's past 48 hours, send a reply through the automated email and inform them that you are still waiting for assistance.
Contacting Player Support team is in general time consuming (and patience testing) process! There will be delay as they take care of all 12 King Saga games. Please do not give up and keep sending a reminder email after every 48 hours.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
