Hi, the level is already fixed with no notification? But im losing the episode race and had lost gold that im supposed to get ( im already far behind from the others but lost because stuck in this level )

I am stuck. I cannot clear the 3 brown wafers at the top of the grid. I can get it down to 3 wafers in each location.

The glitch is gone now (presumably fixed). But there was no notification.
Why wouldn't we receive a notification that the glitch was fixed?

That is good to hear. In order to receive some compensation though you would have to contact Player Support.
I used a ✅️ and 10 gold bars to try and pass it. Would love it to be restored. The level is fixed now, though.

Hi @phigirard I'm sure you've seen other posts and know that this problem has been reported back to the King Studio. Being as we are all players like yourself here, nobody would be able to tell you when it will be fixed, but let's hope 🤞 King are taking it seriously and trying to get it fixed ASAP.

Bonjour, impossible de passer le niveau 17998 car le jeux ne libère pas les 3 derniers carreaux beige. J'ai utilisé plusieurs lingots d'or pour prolonger la partie, en pensant qu'ils allaient apparaître mais en vain. Cela m'a aussi fait perdre mes boosters en cours. Merci de bien vouloir me compenser et régler le problème.

what should I do to pass that
I have the same problem, happened first time since I've started to play Candy Crush Saga. Lost 20 gold bars on extra moves + 9 bars for lucky candies + lost champions race being stuck at that level + going to lose gold chocolate box if it's not fixed asap. Not something to ruin the day, but would be nice for King to compensate players currently stuck at 17998 due to that glitch with some extra gold bars.
However, this glitch finally motivated me to create community account to post about my problem lol Screenshot is from Android version, I usually play at the PC, but the glitch is exactly the same there.
