Hello King Support Team,

I am a Candy Crush Saga player and I lost my game progress because my Facebook account was locked.
Previously, I used Facebook to log in to the game, but now I cannot access it anymore.

Device: iOS
Approximate level reached: Level 13423
Old login method: Facebook account (currently locked)

if your king account is logged in with FB thats will be able.

but its not fb is different login and king is different so its not switch
