How to retrieve progress without e-mail

I have accidentally uninstalled the game without saving my account details and now my game progress have been lost. I dont know my e-mail or password, no link to facebook, I know it sounds impossible but I made purchases in that account so maybe it might be retrieved through information there? I’ve tried e-mailing king support but i dont think they really read those because they keep sending me here. Any ideas what i can do? :(

If you never saved the account by any means I cannot see how it can be found after you uninstall the app, unless you took a note of the player ID before deleting. I cannot see how King (even if you did get hold of someone at Player Support) could trace an account without either the player ID or the email address for the account.

Thank you so much for your response! It says at the end if you dont have it saved create and account and get in touch with us, I’ve done that and mailed them but they sent me a generic reply, do you know how to actually talk to a real support person? I’m new to all of this
