Indeed it is not! This moderator does not actually seem to read anyone's posts. It uses a computer programme and follows the most asked questions using certain key words.
There used to be an option to contact Player Support to reset your game to level 1. I am not sure if anyone works there still, but you could try. You would need to know your player ID, which you can find in settings "help & my account" in the game. Then you could try this link:
However, there is a good chance you will not be able to reach a human being using the "contact us" option above.
You could uninstall the app and reinstall it and then save your game using a different email and password.
You could also uninstall the app and reinstall the app and not save your game at all! I am currently playing beyond level 4000 on a totally unsaved game. There is no need to save your new game if it is the only Candy Crush account you have on that device. You can still participate in all the events. This way you also have the option to spend any gold you earn to buy boosters and then choose the "Already have a King Account: Log in with Email" option at the bottom of "my account" much later to transfer all the boosters you accumulated and to get back to your old saved game with all your newly accumulated boosters.
But if you want to completely start afresh using the same email, then you could also choose the "delete account" option in Settings in the game before uninstalling the app. Once your previous account is deleted by Kingyou can start a brand new account at level 1 when you reinstall the app.
