Hello,
i am unable to open Candy crush and soda crush. I get the message « blocked due to regional regulations.
i have removed the game and reinstalled them but it still says the same message. Can you help please?
Hello @Red4473 why have you tagged me? I didn't ask the question or have an issue and all you have done is repeat what I said in the first place.
As cookiemae had pointed out please do not dig up old posts by commenting on them. There is little point in responding to a thread that is over six months old (or nearly four years in this instance) as the person that started the thread has more than likely left this forum and will not see your reply.
Commenting on old threads could also knock more important and newer threads off the front page meaning they might not get seen.
Please refrain from commenting on posts that are older than a month. Thank you.
Hi again try to answer more current feeds this one is old as well. It's nice that you are trying to help but check the dates.
If you have and you entered a date that means you are under thirteen (example. 1/4/2013) (king will think you're 12) then this could explain why you have been blocked and you have to wait until the date you turn 13
The last time regional regulations was mentioned as an issue it was due to being asked to enter your date of birth
Have you recently had a pop up asking you to enter your date of birth?
If you have and you entered a date that means you are under thirteen then this could explain why you have been blocked

Which device are you play ?make sure your browser is up to date, clear the cache entirely, restart your device and then try logging back in and see if it resolves your issue. check to see if you have any error messages when you log in and try a different browser
